I do not list homes because I do not want a conflict of interest with my clients. However, I do have a lot of buyers buying in different price ranges. Feel free to fax or email me information about your home (i.e.picture and/or description, address and price). Our office keeps a file of FSBO's and we include our commission of 3.5% in any offer we make on a FSBO.
I would, however, strongly encourage you to list your home with a good listing agent. On average, about 82% of the homes in this area are sold through the MLS system.
Your home will have much more exposure to buyers and will sell more quickly. In addition, a listing agent will allow convenient access to your home saving you a lot of time and hassle. Plus, your home and family will be more secure because you will not have strangers just showing up at your door to see your home with possibly a different agenda than buying a home. Since I know the market from inside the industry, I can refer you to a good listing agent for your needs. I can also refer you to someone in your local market in another state particularly if we have an affiliate office in your area.
